The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2019 when exports increased by X% y-o-y. The level of export peaked at $X in 2016; however, from 2017 to 2020, exports remained at a lower figure.

The purchases of the three major importers of wood fuel (non-coniferous), namely Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Belarus, represented more than two-thirds of total import.
