In value terms, Cuba ($X) remains the key foreign market for cabbage and other brassicas exports from Colombia, comprising 80% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Curacao ($X), with a 9.9% share of total exports. It was followed by the United States, with a 4.6% share.
From 2012 to 2022, the average annual rate of growth in terms of value to Cuba was relatively modest. Exports to the other major destinations recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Curacao (-28.0% per year) and the United States (-29.7% per year).

In 2022, the United States (X tons) constituted the largest supplier of cabbage to Colombia, accounting for a 86% share of total imports. Moreover, cabbage imports from the United States exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Costa Rica (X kg), sevenfold. China (X kg) ranked third in terms of total imports with a 1.5% share.
