Slovenia (X units), Bosnia and Herzegovina (X units) and Serbia (X units) were the main destinations of totaliser exports from Croatia, with a combined 89% share of total exports.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by Bosnia and Herzegovina (with a CAGR of +24.0%), while the other leaders experienced mixed trend patterns.
In value terms, Bosnia and Herzegovina ($X), Montenegro ($X) and Serbia ($X) appeared to be the largest markets for totaliser exported from Croatia worldwide, together accounting for 84% of total exports.

From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Denmark (+38.4%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

Imports into Croatia
Totaliser imports into Croatia soared to X units in 2021, picking up by 186% against the year before. Overall, imports enjoyed a buoyant expansion. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2018 with an increase of 242%. Over the period under review, imports reached the peak figure in 2021 and are likely to see gradual growth in the immediate term.
In value terms, totaliser imports soared to $X in 2021. Over the period under review, imports, however, saw a perceptible curtailment. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2016 when imports increased by 254%. As a result, imports attained the peak of $X. From 2017 to 2021, the growth of imports failed to regain momentum.

Spain (X units), Germany (X units) and the Netherlands (X units) were the main suppliers of totaliser imports to Croatia, with a combined 85% share of total imports.
From 2012 to 2021, the biggest increases were recorded for Spain (with a CAGR of +94.0%), while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, Germany ($X), Slovenia ($X) and Italy ($X) appeared to be the largest totaliser suppliers to Croatia, with a combined 78% share of total imports. Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain and China lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 3.8%.

The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2016 an increase of 305% against the previous year. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $X per unit. From 2017 to 2021, the average import prices remained at a lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In 2021, amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Slovenia ($X per unit), while the price for Spain ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Slovenia (+2.0%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced a decline.
