In 2022, approx. X tons of non-citrus fruits not elsewhere classified were imported into Croatia; dropping by -19.2% against 2021. In general, imports, however, posted strong growth. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2013 when imports increased by 114% against the previous year. Imports peaked at X tons in 2021, and then shrank rapidly in the following year.

From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of value from Turkey stood at +11.8%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Bulgaria (+78.8% per year) and Germany (+21.3% per year).

Over the period under review, the import price, however, continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2019 an increase of 11%. Over the period under review, average import prices hit record highs at $X per ton in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2022, import prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Germany ($X per ton), while the price for Slovenia ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
