The Croatian market for plastic or non-precious metal watches reduced markedly to $X in 2022, which is down by -19.6% against the previous year. Italy, Poland, Spain, China, Hungary, Sweden, Serbia, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR and Estonia lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 44%.

Over the period under review, imports saw a slight curtailment. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 with an increase of 87% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of X units. From 2015 to 2022, the growth of imports failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, plastic or non-precious metal watch imports dropped significantly to $X in 2022. In general, imports, however, posted buoyant growth.
