The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2016 when imports increased by 35% against the previous year. Imports peaked in 2022 and are expected to retain growth in the near future.

Over the period under review, total imports indicated a buoyant increase from 2012 to 2022: its value increased at an average annual rate of +5.8% over the last decade. China (X tons), Germany (X tons) and Italy (X tons) were the main suppliers of tap and valve imports to Croatia, together accounting for 58% of total imports.
