In value terms, electric radiator exports soared to $X in 2021. Overall, exports showed a prominent expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 with an increase of 28%. Over the period under review, the exports hit record highs in 2021 and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.

Slovakia (X units), Germany (X units) and Hungary (X units) were the main destinations of electric radiator exports from the Czech Republic, together accounting for 62% of total exports. These countries were followed by Poland, the Netherlands, Austria, Russia, Romania, Turkey, France, Greece and Bulgaria, which together accounted for a further 28%.

From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by Turkey (with a CAGR of +49.4%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

From 2015 to 2021, the growth of imports failed to regain momentum.

Overall, total imports indicated a temperate increase from 2012 to 2021: its value increased at an average annual rate of +4.8% over the last nine-year period. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2021 figures, imports increased by +41.2% against 2019 indices. As a result, imports attained the peak and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.

China (X units), Germany (X units) and Ukraine (X units) were the main suppliers of electric radiator imports to the Czech Republic, with a combined 68% share of total imports. These countries were followed by France, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Poland and Ireland, which together accounted for a further 19%.
