In value terms, gypsum, anhydrite and limestone exports dropped modestly to $X in 2021. Overall, total exports indicated a temperate expansion from 2012 to 2021: its value increased at an average annual rate of +3.2% over the last nine years. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2021 figures, exports increased by +131.9% against 2016 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 when exports increased by 70% against the previous year. The exports peaked at $X in 2020, and then reduced modestly in the following year.

Germany (X tons), Slovakia (X tons) and the Netherlands (X tons) were the main destinations of gypsum, anhydrite and limestone exports from the Czech Republic, with a combined 85% share of total exports.
