The Czech heat exchange unit market soared to $X in 2022, growing by 144% against the previous year. In general, consumption showed a relatively flat trend pattern. In value terms, heat exchange unit exports expanded markedly to $X in 2022. Overall, exports saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 when exports increased by 18% against the previous year. The exports peaked in 2022 and are expected to retain growth in the near future.

Germany (X units), France (X units) and Poland (X units) were the main destinations of heat exchange unit exports from the Czech Republic, with a combined 39% share of total exports. These countries were followed by Belgium, Sweden, Russia, the UK, Spain, Italy, Austria, the United States, Turkey and Slovakia, which together accounted for a further 42%.

From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by Turkey (with a CAGR of +31.7%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major foreign markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Russia ($X per unit), while the average price for exports to Slovakia ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.

Imports into the Czech Republic
