Germany (X units), Slovakia (X units) and Poland (X units) were the main destinations of non-electric pulley tackle exports from the Czech Republic, together accounting for 67% of total exports. The Netherlands, Turkey, the United States, Austria, Russia, France and Ukraine lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 20%.

In 2022, approx. X units of pulley tackle and hoists, non-powered by electric motor were imported into the Czech Republic; remaining stable against the year before. Over the period under review, imports, however, saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2016 when imports increased by 92% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports attained the peak figure at X units in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2022, imports remained at a lower figure.
In value terms, non-electric pulley tackle imports rose slightly to $X in 2022. In general, imports, however, enjoyed pronounced growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 when imports increased by 61%. As a result, imports attained the peak of $X. From 2019 to 2022, the growth of imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

In 2022, China (X units) constituted the largest non-electric pulley tackle supplier to the Czech Republic, accounting for a 66% share of total imports. Moreover, non-electric pulley tackle imports from China exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Poland (X units), ninefold. Canada (X units) ranked third in terms of total imports with a 4.4% share.
