Over the period under review, the exports attained the peak figure at X tons in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2021, the exports remained at a lower figure.
In value terms, non-reinforced rubber tubing exports soared to $X in 2021. Over the period under review, total exports indicated a tangible expansion from 2012 to 2021: its value increased at an average annual rate of +3.2% over the last nine years. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2013 with an increase of 62% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports attained the peak figure at $X in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2021, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

Germany (X tons), Romania (X tons) and China (X tons) were the main destinations of non-reinforced rubber tubing exports from the Czech Republic, with a combined 37% share of total exports. These countries were followed by the United States, the UK, Hungary, Poland, Mexico, Slovakia, Ireland, Tunisia and France, which together accounted for a further 46%.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by Tunisia (with a CAGR of +89.5%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, Romania ($X), Germany ($X) and the UK ($X) appeared to be the largest markets for non-reinforced rubber tubing exported from the Czech Republic worldwide, together comprising 41% of total exports. Hungary, Tunisia, Poland, China, Slovakia, the United States, France, Mexico and Ireland lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 43%.
Tunisia, with a CAGR of +84.1%, recorded the highest growth rate of the value of exports, in terms of the main countries of destination over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In general, the export price, however, recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. Over the period under review, the average export prices hit record highs at $X per ton in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2021, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major foreign markets. In 2021, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Tunisia ($X per ton), while the average price for exports to the United States ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Romania (+5.6%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

Imports into the Czech Republic
In 2021, purchases abroad of rubber tubing not reinforced increased by 46% to X tons for the first time since 2018, thus ending a two-year declining trend. The total import volume increased at an average annual rate of +1.4% from 2012 to 2021; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. As a result, imports attained the peak and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
In value terms, non-reinforced rubber tubing imports soared to $X in 2021. Overall, total imports indicated a perceptible increase from 2012 to 2021: its value increased at an average annual rate of +3.1% over the last nine years. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2021 figures, imports decreased by -24.2% against 2018 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 when imports increased by 36% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of $X. From 2019 to 2021, the growth of imports remained at a lower figure.

The UK (X tons), Germany (X tons) and Poland (X tons) were the main suppliers of non-reinforced rubber tubing imports to the Czech Republic, together comprising 61% of total imports.
From 2012 to 2021, the biggest increases were recorded for the UK (with a CAGR of +51.2%), while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, Germany ($X) constituted the largest supplier of rubber tubing not reinforced to the Czech Republic, comprising 29% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was held by the UK ($X), with a 14% share of total imports. It was followed by Japan, with a 9.7% share.

Based on 2021 figures, non-reinforced rubber tubing import price decreased by -26.5% against 2018 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 when the average import price increased by 53% against the previous year. Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Japan ($X per ton), while the price for Slovenia ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
