Poland, the Czech Republic, Portugal, Finland, Croatia, Hungary, France, Belgium and Russia lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 27%.

The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 with an increase of 127% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports reached the maximum at X units in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2022, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, ball imports surged to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, total imports indicated perceptible growth from 2012 to 2022: its value increased at an average annual rate of +2.7% over the last decade.
