Tin Market Size in Denmark

In 2022, after two years of growth, there was significant decline in the Danish tin market, when its value decreased by -99.4% to $X. Overall, consumption showed a precipitous slump. Over the period under review, the market attained the maximum level at $X in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2022, consumption remained at a lower figure.

Tin Production in Denmark

In value terms, tin production reduced to $X in 2022 estimated in export price. Over the period under review, production, however, recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, exports increased by +14.4% against 2020 indices. Sweden (X tons), Finland (X tons) and Germany (X tons) were the main destinations of tin exports from Denmark, with a combined 96% share of total exports. These countries were followed by Poland, which accounted for a further 3.2%.
