The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.

In value terms, the Czech Republic ($X) remains the largest tow-behind air compressor supplier in Eastern Europe, comprising 79% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Poland ($X), with a 9.2% share of total exports. It was followed by Estonia, with a 0.9% share.

From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of value in the Czech Republic amounted to -4.1%. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Poland (+12.5% per year) and Estonia (+12.6% per year).

The export price in Eastern Europe stood at $X per unit in 2022, falling by -12.9% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price showed a abrupt downturn. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 when the export price increased by 27% against the previous year. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $X per unit. From 2015 to 2022, the export prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.

Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was the Czech Republic ($X per unit), while Hungary ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.

In 2022, after six years of growth, there was significant decline in supplies from abroad of air compressors mounted on a wheeled chassis for towing, when their volume decreased by -32% to X units. In general, imports, however, enjoyed buoyant growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2014 with an increase of 51%. Over the period under review, imports attained the maximum at X units in 2021, and then fell remarkably in the following year.

In value terms, tow-behind air compressor imports dropped to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, imports continue to indicate a slight contraction. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2017 when the import price increased by 36% against the previous year. Over the period under review, import prices hit record highs at $X per unit in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, import prices remained at a lower figure.
