Belarus (X tons), Russia (X tons) and Poland (X tons) represented roughly 79% of total exports in 2022. It was distantly followed by Ukraine (X tons), achieving a 6.7% share of total exports. The following exporters - the Czech Republic (X tons), Bulgaria (X tons) and Romania (X tons) - together made up 10% of total exports.

In 2022, the amount of artificial fur imported in Eastern Europe reduced to X tons, waning by -12.1% against the previous year's figure. In general, imports, however, enjoyed temperate growth. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2013 with an increase of 98%. As a result, imports attained the peak of X tons. From 2014 to 2022, the growth of imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.
