By contrast, the Czech Republic (-1.3%), Ukraine (-2.6%) and Lithuania (-8.4%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. From 2012 to 2022, the share of Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria increased by +36, +5.8, +4.8, +2.8 and +2.7 percentage points, respectively. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
