In general, imports, however, continue to indicate a slight contraction. Over the period under review, imports reached the peak figure at X tons in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, diphosphorus pentaoxide imports soared to $X in 2022. Overall, imports posted prominent growth. As a result, imports attained the peak and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.

Poland represented the main importing country with an import of around X tons, which recorded 71% of total imports. It was distantly followed by Russia (X tons), constituting a 23% share of total imports. Ukraine (X tons) and Latvia (X tons) took a relatively small share of total imports.

Poland was also the fastest-growing in terms of the diphosphorus pentaoxide imports, with a CAGR of +59.8% from 2012 to 2022. At the same time, Russia (+2.6%) displayed positive paces of growth.
