The export price in Eastern Europe stood at $X per unit in 2022, picking up by 3.3% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, showed a noticeable slump. Total imports indicated a temperate expansion from 2012 to 2022: its volume increased at an average annual rate of +4.5% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, imports increased by +44.4% against 2020 indices. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 with an increase of 34%. Over the period under review, imports reached the peak figure in 2022 and are likely to see gradual growth in the near future.

The import price in Eastern Europe stood at $X per unit in 2022, remaining stable against the previous year. Overall, the import price showed a slight decrease. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2017 an increase of 16%. The level of import peaked at $X per unit in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2022, import prices remained at a lower figure.

Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Russia ($X per unit), while Ukraine ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
