The import price in Eastern Europe stood at $X per ton in 2021, growing by 5.8% against the previous year. Overall, the import price recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 when the import price increased by 8.4%. The level of import peaked at $X per ton in 2016; afterwards, it flattened through to 2021.

Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Latvia ($X per ton), while Romania ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
