All these countries together held near 20% share of total exports. The following exporters - Russia (X units), Estonia (X units), the Czech Republic (X units) and Belarus (X units) - together made up 12% of total exports.

From 2012 to 2022, average annual rates of growth with regard to drawing board exports from Poland stood at +17.1%. At the same time, Lithuania (+40.1%), Russia (+16.7%) and Hungary (+1.1%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Lithuania emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in Eastern Europe, with a CAGR of +40.1% from 2012-2022. Belarus experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. By contrast, Estonia (-5.8%) and the Czech Republic (-21.8%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. While the share of Poland (+45 p.p.), Lithuania (+7.9 p.p.) and Russia (+2.8 p.p.) increased significantly in terms of the total exports from 2012-2022, the share of Hungary (-2.9 p.p.), Estonia (-4.8 p.p.) and the Czech Republic (-42.9 p.p.) displayed negative dynamics. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.

In value terms, Poland ($X) remains the largest drawing board supplier in Eastern Europe, comprising 65% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Hungary ($X), with an 11% share of total exports. It was followed by Lithuania, with a 6.1% share.

From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of value in Poland totaled +21.3%. In the other countries, the average annual rates were as follows: Hungary (+5.7% per year) and Lithuania (+37.9% per year).

Export Prices by Country

In 2022, the export price in Eastern Europe amounted to $X per unit, therefore, remained relatively stable against the previous year. Over the period from 2012 to 2022, it increased at an average annual rate of +3.6%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 an increase of 20% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export prices attained the maximum in 2022 and is expected to retain growth in years to come.

Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was the Czech Republic ($X per unit), while Russia ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
