In 2022, Nigeria (X units) was the major exporter of turbo-jets of a thrust not exceeding X kN, making up 80% of total exports. It was distantly followed by Ghana (X units), achieving a 20% share of total exports.

Nigeria was also the fastest-growing in terms of the turbo-jets of a thrust not exceeding X kN exports, with a CAGR of +7.2% from 2012 to 2022. Ghana experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. As a result, imports reached the peak of X units. From 2016 to 2022, the growth of imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

From 2012 to 2022, the biggest increases were recorded for Senegal (with a CAGR of +16.7%), while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
