The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 when exports increased by 40% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports reached the peak figure at $X in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2022, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

Over the period under review, imports, however, recorded a perceptible slump. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2013 with an increase of 187%. Over the period under review, imports hit record highs at X tons in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2022, imports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, mixed juices imports soared to $X in 2022. Overall, imports, however, showed a noticeable slump. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 with an increase of 110%. Over the period under review, imports hit record highs at $X in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2022, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

Saudi Arabia (X tons), Denmark (X tons) and the Netherlands (X tons) were the main suppliers of mixed juices imports to Egypt, with a combined 98% share of total imports. These countries were followed by Greece, which accounted for a further 2.1%.
