The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2018 when imports increased by 78%. As a result, imports attained the peak of X tons. From 2019 to 2022, the growth of imports failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, turkey meat imports soared to $X in 2022. Overall, imports, however, continue to indicate prominent growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 when imports increased by 43%. In 2022, Poland (X tons) constituted the largest turkey meat supplier to Estonia, accounting for a 69% share of total imports. Moreover, turkey meat imports from Poland exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Finland (X tons), fourfold. The third position in this ranking was taken by Lithuania (X tons), with a 4.6% share.

From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of volume from Poland totaled +17.3%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Finland (+4.4% per year) and Lithuania (-12.8% per year).
