The following exporters - France (X tons) and Bulgaria (X tons) - each amounted to a 7.1% share of total exports.

From 2012 to 2021, the biggest increases were recorded for Bulgaria (with a CAGR of +83.2%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In value terms, the largest biodiesel supplying countries in the European Union were the Netherlands ($X), Belgium ($X) and Germany ($X), with a combined 68% share of total exports. Spain, Italy, Bulgaria and France lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 23%.
