Overall, imports recorded a perceptible descent. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2019 when imports increased by 85%. Over the period under review, imports reached the peak figure at X tons in 2020, and then fell significantly in the following year.

In value terms, denatured ethyl alcohol imports shrank significantly to $X in 2021. In general, imports continue to indicate a pronounced reduction. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2020 with an increase of 86% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of $X, and then dropped remarkably in the following year.
