In 2022, Germany (X units), France (X units) and the Netherlands (X units) was the major exporter of electrical apparatus for sound or visual signalling in the European Union, creating 57% of total export. It was distantly followed by Sweden (X units), Belgium (X units) and Slovenia (X units), together generating a 17% share of total exports. Poland (X units), Spain (X units), Italy (X units), Austria (X units), the Czech Republic (X units), Hungary (X units) and Denmark (X units) held a relatively small share of total exports.

The export price in the European Union stood at $X per unit in 2022, with an increase of 8.1% against the previous year. Over the period from 2012 to 2022, it increased at an average annual rate of +1.9%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 an increase of 23%. The level of export peaked in 2022 and is likely to continue growth in the immediate term.

Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Germany ($X per unit), while Spain ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
