Moreover, Poland emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in the European Union, with a CAGR of +52.0% from 2012-2022. Slovakia experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. By contrast, the Netherlands (-5.3%), Belgium (-8.7%), the Czech Republic (-10.8%) and France (-11.7%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. Poland (+6.4 p.p.), Spain (+4.5 p.p.), Romania (+3.1 p.p.), Denmark (+2.5 p.p.) and Sweden (+1.8 p.p.) significantly strengthened its position in terms of the total exports, while the Czech Republic, Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany saw its share reduced by -1.8%, -1.8%, -1.8%, -5.3% and -8% from 2012 to 2022, respectively. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.

In value terms, the largest line telephone supplying countries in the European Union were Germany ($X), the Netherlands ($X) and Spain ($X), together comprising 61% of total exports. Romania, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, France, Sweden, the Czech Republic and Slovakia lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 34%.

Among the main exporting countries, Romania, with a CAGR of +59.8%, saw the highest growth rate of the value of exports, over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Based on 2022 figures, line telephone import price increased by +64.3% against 2014 indices. As a result, import price attained the peak level and is likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
