In 2021, the import price in the European Union amounted to $X per unit, picking up by 10% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price, however, saw a noticeable shrinkage. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2013 an increase of 35%. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $X per unit. From 2014 to 2021, the import prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably country of destination: the country with the highest price was Romania ($X per unit), while the Netherlands ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
