The EU winche and capstan market shrank to $X in 2021, dropping by -10.8% against the previous year. From 2014 to 2021, the export prices failed to regain momentum.

There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major exporting countries. In 2021, the country with the highest price was Sweden ($X per unit), while Hungary ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.

In 2021, the import price in the European Union amounted to $X per unit, increasing by 3% against the previous year. Overall, the import price, however, recorded a relatively flat trend pattern.
