As a result, imports attained the peak of X tons, and then contracted in the following year.

The total import value increased at an average annual rate of +1.0% from 2012 to 2022; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded in certain years. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 with an increase of 29%. As a result, imports reached the peak of $X, and then dropped in the following year.

In 2022, Germany (X tons), distantly followed by Italy (X tons), Poland (X tons), Spain (X tons), France (X tons), Hungary (X tons) and Romania (X tons) were the main importers of glass fibre fabrics, together making up 71% of total imports.
