In 2022, the amount of jacks and hoists for raising vehicles imported in Europe fell to X units, declining by -9.7% against 2021. Over the period under review, imports saw a noticeable reduction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 with an increase of 21% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports hit record highs at X units in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2022, imports failed to regain momentum.

The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2019 when the import price increased by 14% against the previous year. Over the period under review, import prices attained the maximum at $X per unit in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, import prices failed to regain momentum.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major importing countries. In 2022, amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was the Netherlands ($X per unit), while Slovakia ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Germany (+10.7%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
