Spain (X units), Germany (X units), the Netherlands (X units), Belgium (X units), Poland (X units) and Italy (X units) represented roughly 66% of total exports in 2022. It was distantly followed by Denmark (X units) and Greece (X units), together generating a 9.8% share of total exports. The following exporters - France (X units), Portugal (X units), the Czech Republic (X units), Austria (X units) and the UK (X units) - together made up 12% of total exports.

In value terms, the largest men knitwear supplying countries in Europe were Italy ($X), Belgium ($X) and Germany ($X), with a combined 43% share of total exports. The Netherlands, Spain, France, Poland, Denmark, Portugal, the UK, Austria, the Czech Republic and Greece lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 45%.
