From 2012 to 2022, the biggest increases were recorded for Poland (with a CAGR of +14.5%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, the largest plant-growth regulators supplying countries in Europe were France ($X), Germany ($X) and Belgium ($X), together accounting for 54% of total exports. Hungary, Poland, the UK, Austria and Ireland lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 25%.

In 2022, the export price in Europe amounted to $X per ton, with an increase of 7.2% against the previous year. In general, the export price recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2021 an increase of 11%. The level of export peaked at $X per ton in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2022, the export prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Hungary ($X per ton), while the UK ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Ireland (+9.3%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Imports in Europe
In 2022, imports of plant-growth regulators in Europe was estimated at X tons, surging by 8.7% on 2021 figures. Overall, imports recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. Over the period under review, imports hit record highs at X tons in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2022, imports remained at a lower figure.

In 2022, the import price in Europe amounted to $X per ton, increasing by 1.8% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price, however, saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 when the import price increased by 9.4%. Over the period under review, import prices attained the maximum at $X per ton in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2022, import prices failed to regain momentum.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major importing countries. In 2022, amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Romania ($X per ton), while Russia ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Romania (+2.2%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
