Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum in 2021 and are expected to retain growth in the immediate term.
In value terms, liquid dispensing pump exports skyrocketed to $X in 2021. Overall, exports posted a prominent expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2019 with an increase of 50%. Over the period under review, the exports hit record highs in 2021 and are likely to see gradual growth in years to come.

In 2021, the UK (X units), distantly followed by Poland (X units), Germany (X units), Italy (X units), the Netherlands (X units), Spain (X units) and France (X units) were the major exporters of pumps for dispensing liquids, together constituting 88% of total exports.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main exporting countries, was attained by Poland (with a CAGR of +73.0%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, the largest liquid dispensing pump supplying countries in Europe were Germany ($X), Poland ($X) and the UK ($X), together accounting for 59% of total exports.
In terms of the main exporting countries, Poland, with a CAGR of +85.8%, saw the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2021, the export price in Europe amounted to $X per unit, rising by 30% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price, however, continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 when the export price increased by 46% against the previous year. The level of export peaked at $X per unit in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2021, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major exporting countries. In 2021, the country with the highest price was Germany ($X per unit), while Spain ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Germany (+11.0%), while the other leaders experienced mixed trends in the export price figures.

Imports in Europe
Liquid dispensing pump imports was estimated at X units in 2021, growing by 1.6% against the year before. In general, imports, however, continue to indicate a deep downturn. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2015 when imports increased by 98% against the previous year. The volume of import peaked at X units in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2021, imports remained at a lower figure.
In value terms, liquid dispensing pump imports expanded to $X in 2021. Total imports indicated buoyant growth from 2012 to 2021: its value increased at an average annual rate of +6.4% over the last nine-year period. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2021 figures, imports increased by +54.3% against 2013 indices. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2017 with an increase of 17%. Over the period under review, imports reached the maximum in 2021 and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.

In 2021, the UK (X units), distantly followed by the Netherlands (X units), Belgium (X units), France (X units), Germany (X units), Ireland (X units), Poland (X units) and Italy (X units) represented the key importers of pumps for dispensing liquids, together making up 75% of total imports. Spain (X units), Austria (X units), Portugal (X units), Greece (X units) and Denmark (X units) took a relatively small share of total imports.
From 2012 to 2021, the biggest increases were recorded for the Netherlands (with a CAGR of +49.9%), while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, the largest liquid dispensing pump importing markets in Europe were the UK ($X), Ireland ($X) and France ($X), together comprising 32% of total imports.
In terms of the main importing countries, Ireland, with a CAGR of +29.0%, saw the highest growth rate of the value of imports, over the period under review, while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
Import Prices by Country
In 2021, the import price in Europe amounted to $X per unit, rising by 2.1% against the previous year. In general, the import price showed significant growth. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 when the import price increased by 468%. The level of import peaked at $X per unit in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2021, import prices remained at a lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major importing countries. In 2021, the country with the highest price was Denmark ($X per unit), while Greece ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
