In 2022, Poland (X units), distantly followed by Slovakia (X units), Hungary (X units), the Czech Republic (X units), the Netherlands (X units) and Germany (X units) represented the largest exporters of television receivers, together achieving 75% of total exports. France (X units), the UK (X units), Slovenia (X units), Belarus (X units), Russia (X units), Spain (X units) and Sweden (X units) followed a long way behind the leaders.
From 2012 to 2022, the biggest increases were recorded for Slovenia (with a CAGR of +28.7%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

The export price in Europe stood at $X per unit in 2022, dropping by -1.8% against the previous year. In general, the export price saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2021 when the export price increased by 9.2% against the previous year. The level of export peaked at $X per unit in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2022, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major exporting countries. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Sweden ($X per unit), while the Czech Republic ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Sweden (+1.2%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Imports in Europe
After three years of growth, purchases abroad of television receivers decreased by -11.7% to X units in 2022. Over the period under review, imports continue to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 with an increase of 12%. As a result, imports attained the peak of X units, and then dropped in the following year.

In terms of the main importing countries, Poland, with a CAGR of +1.4%, saw the highest growth rate of the value of imports, over the period under review, while purchases for the other leaders experienced a decline in the imports figures.
Import Prices by Country
The import price in Europe stood at $X per unit in 2022, dropping by -6.7% against the previous year. Overall, the import price recorded a noticeable slump. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 when the import price increased by 6.9% against the previous year. The level of import peaked at $X per unit in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2022, import prices failed to regain momentum.
Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Sweden ($X per unit), while Russia ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Spain (+0.8%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
