In 2022, Poland (X tons) constituted the largest frozen turkey cut supplier to Finland, with a 65% share of total imports. Moreover, frozen turkey cut imports from Poland exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Germany (X tons), threefold. Lithuania (X tons) ranked third in terms of total imports with a 4.5% share.
From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of volume from Poland stood at +22.4%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Germany (+0.7% per year) and Lithuania (-2.9% per year).
In value terms, Poland ($X) constituted the largest supplier of frozen cuts of turkey to Finland, comprising 61% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Germany ($X), with a 25% share of total imports. It was followed by Lithuania, with a 7.2% share.
From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of value from Poland stood at +18.4%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Germany (-0.2% per year) and Lithuania (+0.3% per year).
