Imports peaked at X units in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2021, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
In value terms, toilet and kitchen linen imports surged to $X in 2021. Overall, imports continue to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. Over the period under review, imports hit record highs at $X in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2021, imports failed to regain momentum.
Imports by Country
Turkey (X units), India (X units) and Pakistan (X units) were the main suppliers of toilet and kitchen linen imports to France, with a combined 54% share of total imports. These countries were followed by Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Bangladesh and China, which together accounted for a further 37%.
