The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 an increase of 50% against the previous year. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $X per ton. From 2019 to 2021, the export prices remained at a lower figure.

Prices varied noticeably country of origin: the country with the highest price was Kuwait ($X per ton), while Oman ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.

From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Kuwait (+19.8%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2021, the amount of brazil nuts imported in GCC soared to X tons, with an increase of 63% against 2020 figures. Over the period under review, imports showed a relatively flat trend pattern.
