The growth pace was the most rapid in 2013 when imports increased by 51%. The United Arab Emirates represented the major importing country with an import of about X units, which finished at 70% of total imports. Bahrain (X units) held a 16% share (based on physical terms) of total imports, which put it in second place, followed by Qatar (6.2%). The following importers - Kuwait (X units) and Oman (X units) - each amounted to a 7.5% share of total imports.

From 2012 to 2022, average annual rates of growth with regard to non-domestic dishwashing machine imports into the United Arab Emirates stood at +4.6%. At the same time, Qatar (+15.0%), Bahrain (+8.5%) and Kuwait (+1.9%) displayed positive paces of growth. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.

In value terms, the United Arab Emirates ($X) constitutes the largest market for imported non-domestic dish-washing machines in GCC, comprising 61% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was held by Qatar ($X), with a 7.9% share of total imports. It was followed by Kuwait, with a 4.8% share.

In the United Arab Emirates, non-domestic dishwashing machine imports increased at an average annual rate of +5.0% over the period from 2012-2022. In the other countries, the average annual rates were as follows: Qatar (+16.8% per year) and Kuwait (+0.9% per year).

Import Prices by Country
