The following exporters - Oman (X tons), Bahrain (X tons) and Kuwait (X tons) - each finished at a 6.2% share of total exports.

The second position in the ranking was taken by Saudi Arabia ($X), with a 15% share of total exports. It was followed by Bahrain, with a 2.3% share.

In the United Arab Emirates, exports of other plastic tubes, pipes and hoses increased at an average annual rate of +12.9% over the period from 2012-2022. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Saudi Arabia (-11.1% per year) and Bahrain (-3.8% per year).

The total import volume increased at an average annual rate of +1.6% from 2012 to 2022; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2014 with an increase of 33% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of X tons.
