These countries were followed by the UK, Russia, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Israel, the United States, the Netherlands, Egypt and the Czech Republic, which together accounted for a further 40%.

From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by Egypt (with a CAGR of +16.0%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2015 with an increase of 23% against the previous year. Imports peaked in 2021 and are expected to retain growth in the near future.

In value terms, concrete mixer imports skyrocketed to $X in 2021. Overall, total imports indicated a strong expansion from 2012 to 2021: its value increased at an average annual rate of +5.5% over the last nine years. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2021 figures, imports increased by +60.2% against 2017 indices. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2018 with an increase of 19%. Over the period under review, imports hit record highs in 2021 and are likely to see steady growth in the near future.

Slovenia (X units), China (X units) and Montenegro (X units) were the main suppliers of concrete mixer imports to Germany, with a combined 61% share of total imports.
