In value terms, disperse dye exports soared to $X in 2021. The total export value increased at an average annual rate of +3.2% over the period from 2012 to 2021; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. The exports peaked at $X in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2021, the exports remained at a lower figure.

Exports by Country

Italy (X tons), Luxembourg (X tons) and Belgium (X tons) were the main destinations of disperse dye exports from Germany, with a combined 42% share of total exports. These countries were followed by Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, France, the UK, Singapore, Austria, Romania, Poland and the United States, which together accounted for a further 40%.

From 2012 to 2021, the biggest increases were recorded for Portugal (with a CAGR of +5.0%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Based on 2021 figures, disperse dye import price increased by +43.7% against 2017 indices.
