Exports by Country
Togo (X tons) was the main destination for alcohols exports from Ghana, accounting for a X% share of total exports. Moreover, alcohols exports to Togo exceeded the volume sent to the second major destination, Cote d'Ivoire (X tons), threefold.
From 2007 to 2020, the average annual growth rate of volume to Togo totaled +X%. Exports to the other major destinations recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Cote d'Ivoire (-X% per year) and the UK (+X% per year).
In value terms, the largest markets for alcohols exported from Ghana were Togo ($X), Cote d'Ivoire ($X) and the UK ($X), with a combined X% share of total exports.
In terms of the main countries of destination, Togo recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced mixed trend patterns.
