In value terms, boring machinery imports stood at $X in 2022. In general, imports, however, showed a deep slump. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 when imports increased by 217%. As a result, imports reached the peak of $X. From 2019 to 2022, the growth of imports failed to regain momentum.

China (X units), Turkey (X units) and India (X units) were the main suppliers of boring machinery imports to Ghana, with a combined 90% share of total imports.
