The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2016 with an increase of 246% against the previous year. In 2022, Canada (X tons) constituted the largest supplier of lentil to Ghana, accounting for a 74% share of total imports. Moreover, lentil imports from Canada exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, the United Arab Emirates (X tons), sixfold. Lebanon (X tons) ranked third in terms of total imports with a 7% share.
