Over the period under review, imports, however, showed a mild contraction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 when imports increased by 581% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of X tons. From 2014 to 2021, the growth of imports remained at a lower figure.

Norway (X tons) ranked third in terms of total imports with an 11% share.
