The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
In value terms, Japan ($X), Germany ($X) and Taiwan (Chinese) ($X) appeared to be the countries with the highest levels of exports in 2021, with a combined 45% share of global exports. South Korea, China, Italy, the United States, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, the UK, India and Australia lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 39%.
Among the main exporting countries, the Netherlands, with a CAGR of +21.2%, recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, over the period under review, while shipments for the other global leaders experienced mixed trends in the exports figures.

The average lathe for removing metal export price stood at $X per unit in 2021, falling by -2.7% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price recorded a mild slump. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2016 when the average export price increased by 29% against the previous year. The Netherlands, with a CAGR of +12.6%, saw the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of imports, in terms of the main importing countries over the period under review, while purchases for the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average lathe for removing metal import price stood at $X per unit in 2021, shrinking by -9.6% against the previous year.
