The following exporters - the United States (X tons), Italy (X tons), Taiwan (Chinese) (X tons), Poland (X tons), Germany (X tons) and the Netherlands (X tons) - together made up 15% of total exports.
From 2012 to 2021, average annual rates of growth with regard to plastic household ware exports from China stood at +10.3%. At the same time, Turkey (+19.3%), the Netherlands (+7.1%), Poland (+6.1%), Taiwan (Chinese) (+4.9%), the United States (+1.4%) and Germany (+1.3%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Turkey emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in the world, with a CAGR of +19.3% from 2012-2021. Italy experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. While the share of China (+14 p.p.) and Turkey (+4.4 p.p.) increased significantly in terms of the global exports from 2012-2021, the share of Italy (-2.1 p.p.) and the United States (-2.2 p.p.) displayed negative dynamics. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
In value terms, China ($X) remains the largest plastic household ware supplier worldwide, comprising 58% of global exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Turkey ($X), with a 4% share of global exports. It was followed by the United States, with a 3.8% share.
From 2012 to 2021, the average annual rate of growth in terms of value in China stood at +16.5%. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Turkey (+16.7% per year) and the United States (+1.6% per year).

The second position in the ranking was held by Germany ($X), with a 5.4% share of global imports. It was followed by Canada, with a 3.8% share.
