Spain (X units), Germany (X units), Vietnam (X units), Sweden (X units), Serbia (X units), South Korea (X units) and the United States (X units) held a relatively small share of total exports.

In value terms, the largest electric heating resistor supplying countries worldwide were China ($X), Germany ($X) and the United States ($X), together accounting for 37% of global exports. Mexico, Vietnam, Italy, Poland, Romania, South Korea, Spain, Serbia, Sweden and Turkey lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 35%.

In terms of the main exporting countries, Vietnam, with a CAGR of +18.9%, recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, over the period under review, while shipments for the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

South Korea, with a CAGR of +9.8%, saw the highest growth rate of the value of imports, among the main importing countries over the period under review, while purchases for the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2021, the average electric heating resistor import price amounted to $X per unit, reducing by -2% against the previous year. Over the period from 2012 to 2021, it increased at an average annual rate of +2.6%. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2013 when the average import price increased by 9.2% against the previous year.
