The United States (+23 p.p.), the Netherlands (+6.4 p.p.), Spain (+2.8 p.p.), Germany (+2.5 p.p.), France (+2.4 p.p.), the UK (+2.2 p.p.), Mexico (+2.1 p.p.) and the United Arab Emirates (+1.6 p.p.) significantly strengthened its position in terms of the global imports, while the shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
In value terms, the United States ($X) constitutes the largest market for imported telephonic or telegraphic switching apparatus worldwide, comprising 24% of global imports. The second position in the ranking was held by the Netherlands ($X), with a 9.9% share of global imports. It was followed by Germany, with a 5.5% share.
